For animal lovers in Corby and the surrounding areas, Scuffs N Buffs is pleased to be a drop off point for the respected local charity: NANNA: Northamptonshire Animals Needing Nurturing & Adoption. Reg. charity No. 1115238.
NANNA is a small animal rescue charity that is dedicated to helping all sorts of animals that have not had a good start in life to finding a new loving, forever home.
The NANNA charity has been operating for 22 years, and they rescue all animals from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and rabbits, with the aim of re-homing them in Northamptonshire.
They also rescue farm animals including sheep, goats, turkeys and pigs, and nurture them and re-home them on their farm.
At Scuffs N Buffs, we operate a drop-off point for the Corby area, for donations to this animal rescue charity including:
- CLEAN towels, sheets and duvets
- Pet food
- Small household items that are in a clean and very good condition
The first two categories are used by the charity for the animals they look after and the household items are for NANNA’s online auction – https://www.facebook.com/groups/nannaauction – to help raise funds for vets bills and ongoing costs.
Any of the above can be dropped at our premises: 6a Sallow Road, Corby NN17 5JX, during working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4pm and Friday 8:30am – 3pm.

They have generously donated to our charity over the years and offer a convenient drop off point for the Corby area. Scott is always keen to promote this drop off facility and is a great supporter and advocate for NANNA Animal Rescue.”
NANNA have no support from the government; their income is through fundraising only and is completely run by an army of 20+ volunteers.
